· You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Delivery Issues

Order Cancellations

For All Orders

·  Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

· Within 24 hours, you’ll get a full refund after canceling the order.

· Within 24-72 hours, you will get 80% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund.

· More than 72 hours, you will get 60% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your dress.

· Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can use the return policy after receiving the dresses.

· Note: After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to the email within 24 hours if you need to change any information.

Delivery Time Exceeded

· If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@leynee.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

· If the package is lost or damaged due to our fault, we will refund the full amount, excluding the shipping cost.

· If during the delivery process, the delivery is unsuccessful due to the unclear(such as missing apartment number or contact number) or wrong address provided by the buyer, and no one signs for receipt. The buyer did not contact the shipping company in time or did not cooperate with the pickup or refused to provide information, which caused the package to be returned or destroyed. All losses are borne by the customer and the seller does not provide a refund or resend.
